JPL/NASA Awards B&A Engineering to research and develop FPGA circuitry working in a Low temperature environment

NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in Pasadena, CA has given a contract to B&A Engineering Systems, Inc. for the research and development of digital and FPGA circuitry which could work in cold temperatures well below -100 to -120 ºC. This technology is needed for the new JPL space missions such as MARS and JUPITER exploration.
