B&A Engineering, Inc. was started in 1988 by Alireza Bakhshi. The name B&A stands for Bakhshi and Associates. The business began as a Sole Proprietorship owned by Mr. Bakhshi. Over the years the business has evolved significantly, with many people joining and leaving the business as it evolved. One business associate, Nick C. Casale, Chief and owner of Legacy Data Solutions. L.L.C., worked with B&A in the late ´80s and early ´90s. Again, Nick works with B&A and serves as the Web Designer, Webmaster and technical writer.

For several years B&A´s business was based on building, selling, repairing and supporting Personal Computers and related equipment. The business slowly evolved into support, consulting, network setup/administration, and training. All of this was occurring simultaneously while design engineering, development, and testing skills were also growing rapidly by working on projects for companies such as New Bedford Panoramex, Teledyne Controls, and Jet Propulsion Laboratory. All of this experience, hard work, long hours, and dedication has shaped B&A Engineering into the highly experienced and qualified company that it is today.

B&A Engineering enters into the 21st Century as a fully Incorporated company with its primary focus on digital circuit design and FPGA/ASIC chip design. The company´s evolution has taken it from assembling PCs to designing the very chips that make computing even possible. An impressive background for a very impressive high-tech company.
